Alex Gale, the director of NZ Hunting Experience has had over 40 wonderful years of hunting experience. He was a regular writer for the New Zealand Rod and Rifle magazine, now writes for NZ Outdoors Hunting and is the author of four hunting books. 

He has heads in the New Zealand record book and has won prizes for photography. As a passionate hunter, he loves to see other hunters succeed and enjoy their time in the hills.

He is married to Ros and they have five children.  For a number of years he pastored Baptist Churches in New Zealand while continuing an active interest in hunting.
